Phase 1
These are the initial steps we will be taking together.

During the due diligence phase with the franchises we connect you with, consulting a franchise attorney and a funding expert is crucial. Opt for specialists in the franchising sector for informed advice. Our team includes franchise attorneys and funding experts available for a free consultation to assess your needs and offer assistance.
This process begins with a 30 minute discovery call. During this call, we will get to know one another . We will discover what industries interest you, what your financial status is, what your investment comfort level is. Additionally, we will outline your long-term goals and understand your timeline for moving forward.
Following our initial Discovery Call, we'll ask you to fill out our Entrepreneurial Assessment. This step involves spending roughly ten minutes to respond to approximately 30 questions. This assessment is not a test and does not have correct or incorrect responses. Instead, it utilizes a combination of seven scientific methods to aid us in identifying the most suitable franchise opportunity for you.
Business Model Presentation
Based on the insights gathered during our Discovery Call and your responses in the Entrepreneurial Assessment, we'll narrow down our extensive collection of over 1,000 brands to a curated list of 5 to 7 options. In a one-hour Zoom session, we'll present an overview of each selected brand, focusing on investment requirements and potential return on investment. To conclude, we'll help you identify up to 3 brands that spark your interest the most, and then facilitate introductions with these companies, setting the stage for your in-depth due diligence.
Weekly Strategic Meetings
The journey toward franchise ownership starts with a sequence of steps detailed below. Our role transitions from conducting research and vetting opportunities to providing coaching and support. We are dedicated to guiding you through each phase, ensuring that everything aligns with your needs to facilitate the best possible decision. To keep you informed and ready for what comes next, we'll schedule a weekly strategy call. These discussions will focus on your progress, address any questions or concerns you may have, and set the stage for upcoming steps.
Phase 2: Due Diligence Process
After Phase 1, you will begin the Due Diligence process below.
Step 1: Franchise Discovery Call
Shortly after getting to know the franchise, they will get in touch to arrange a quick introductory call. This is an opportunity for both parties to learn about one another, address any inquiries you may have, and go over their operational procedure.
Step 2: FDD Delivery & Review
It's mandatory for each franchise to supply every prospective franchisee with a detailed legal document known as the Franchise Disclosure Document. You will receive this document for your review, followed by a scheduled call to go over the FDD, ensuring all your questions are answered.
Step 3: Territory & Unit Economics Call
A discussion will be scheduled to focus on the specific geographic area you've settled on and the financial performance projections of your unit, aiming to clarify potential revenue and profitability.
Step 4: Validation Calls
You will receive contact details for existing franchise owners within the network and are encouraged, or in some cases required, to engage in open dialogues with them. These discussions aim to provide you with a genuine understanding of their experiences and financial outcomes.
Step 5: Executive Call
Progressing further, you will have the chance to join a call with the company's leadership, sometimes known as a Founder's Call, either through phone or Zoom. This encounter ensures a mutual fit between you and the franchise.
Step 6: Discovery Day
Nearing the end of the selection process, you're invited to a Discovery Day, alternatively called Confirmation Day, typically held at the franchise's main office. This visit allows you to meet the team, gain insider knowledge of the company, and come to a final decision.
Step 7: Award Day
Following a successful Discovery Day, the franchise will inform you of your territory award. You will be given a set period to accept the award, sign the Franchise Agreement, and submit your initial investment.
Step 8: Training & Opening
Congratulations are in order! Having been awarded your franchise, you will be scheduled for initial training sessions and start planning for the launch of your franchise.
